The cost sheet's First Cost column is only correct for CHA rows. Every other prefix inherited a chair's cost through a fill-down, so an $8.99 dog bed cover was priced as though it cost $75.00 to make. Those increases went live anyway. The chair repricings are not part of this and look sound.
